Security software packages have settings for cookie control. Look for the cookie settings in you security software. Do not block session cookies. Set expiry period to  one day.  Also check email blocking settings and allow email from alphasales@dccnet.com and from alpha@dccnet.com. Because updates to these programs are sent automatically, your settings may change without  you knowing why some programs and services are blocked.
