No Return  Policy

Returns are costly both to you and to Alpha Online and our goal is to lower costs by avoiding returns.

Our products and services are high quality and designed for well-informed and considerate people.

Starter packs are sold at a discount and are not refundable  Printed texts are refundable only if returned unopened in original shrink-wrap. eBooks are not refundable. There are no refunds on deliveries outside Canada and the USA.

Please note all discounted sales are final with no return privileges.

Formulas  If you are a new user and you are not sure about using the Alpha Nutrient formulas, be sure to read the product information carefully. We recommend ordering a  500 Gram jar of the formula or a Starter Pack (which includes a 500 Gram jar) so that you have complete information about formula use and smaller amount of the formula to evaluate before you order a larger quantity.

In rare cases, we may accept returns of unopened, undamaged formula jars within 10 days following delivery. You must contact us by email and provide detailed information to request return authorization. See return request form.
